It’s an ingredient whose safety hasn’t been questioned so far by any one (at the very least not that we find out about). BG is authorised by Ecocert and is also used enthusiastically in natural products. BTW, it’s also a meals additive. If which is not more than enough to influence you, perhaps an enjoyable partnership will sweeten the pot.
